What is Kickspired?
At Kickspired, we combine style and innovation with our unique changeable logo concept. Using premium embroidered velcro, our convertible logo hoodies and t-shirts allow you to easily swap out badges or wear them without one, offering endless outfit possibilities with a clean look.
Inspired by iconic sneaker designs, our badges feature populair colorways and patterns that can be matched with the most hyped sneakers. Love the colorway? But don't own the inspired sneaker? The different badges are pairing perfectly with any outfit, no matter what sneakers you're wearing.
Each product is crafted with the utmost attention to detail in Portugal, ensuring top-tier quality, comfort, and a luxe finish.
Are the badges removable?
Yes. All badges are attached with velcro and can be easily removed or swapped in seconds.
Can I buy extra badges?
Yes. Extra badges can be ordered separately and added to any Kickspired badge logo product.
Do I need the sneaker my badge is related to?
No. Kickspired is made for everyone who values color, flexibility, and control in what they wear. It is absolutely not necessary to own the related sneaker to wear a badge, they fit with multiple outfits and sneakers. With or without the related sneaker, both ways are straight fire.
CUSTOM BADGES
Can I order a custom badge without buying Kickspired apparel?
No. All custom badges, sneaker-inspired or B2B, are only available when ordered in combination with Kickspired apparel.
- Sneaker badges: only available as part of a full pack (hoodie & T-shirt)
- B2B badges: available with hoodies, T-shirts, or both
Can I fully customize a badge for my brand, team, or company?
Yes. B2B custom badges allow full content personalization within our standard badge formats (square and round).
You can include your brand name, employee name, job title, event name and many more. We’ll help you design it so it fits our system perfectly.
What input do I need to provide for a B2B badge?
Just send us the content you’d like included (e.g. names, logos, job titles, etc.).
We’ll create a design together that works seamlessly within the Kickspired badge system.
Can I submit my own design for a sneaker badge?
Yes, but sneaker badges are always based on our existing Kickspired logo badge designs, but you can fully customize the colorway to match your favorite sneaker.
We’ll adapt the chosen stock badge to your requested colors/sneaker to reflect the style, tones, or details of your sneaker, while keeping the shape and core graphic consistent with our brand identity.
SIZING
How do I choose the right size?
All hoodies and t-shirts are oversized. Choose your regular size for an oversized fit. Size down for a more regular fit.
Do the products shrink after washing?
No. Our garments are pre-washed and made from high-quality cotton. Follow the care label for best results.
SHIPPING
How long does shipping take?
- Deliveries within The Netherlands: From 1 to 3 working days
- Deliveries within Europe: From 2 to 5 working days
- Deliveries to all other countries: From 3 to 7 working days
What are the shipping costs?
- The Netherlands: €3,95
- Europe: €9,95
- Worldwide: From €24,95, depending on location
*Shipping costs do not include duties and taxes. This only applies shipping outside the EU.
Do I have to pay customs or import duties?
This only applies to orders outside of the EU. Customs and import duties are for the customer.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Please fill in the contact form to cancel or modify your order. Please keep in mind that your order can only be modified or cancelled when it is not yet processed.
What is the status of my order?
You will receive an e-mail with a track and trace code to locate your order once your order has been shipped. Please fill in the contact form when your order has not been shipped after 3 working days.
Can I come to collect my order?
Yes, we have the option to pick up your order in our office. If you choose wish this option, please send us an e-mail at info@kickspired.com and we'll arrange an appointment.
RETURNS
How do I return my order?
Please fill in the retour form to start your return. Our return period is 14 days from the moment you receive your order.
What are the return conditions?
All items must be returned in their original condition, without having been worn, washed or altered, and with tags still attached. Please make sure to include all item boxes and dust bags with your return. You can return any unused items within 14 days of receiving your order.
PLEASE NOTE: Socks can only be returned if they are not tried on. When they touched your feet, we can not take them return.
When will I have my money back?
When we receive your return, it can take up till 2 business days till this is processed. The refund will be returned to the same payment method that was used to place the order.
What are the costs to return an item?
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer and will be deducted from your refund. A fixed fee of €8.95 applies to all returns.
My purchased item is damaged, what should I do?
Please fill in our contact form and provide us with clear information and pictures. We will then contact you with a suitable solution.
Is it possible to exchange items?
If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to return it and place a new order.
