RETURN POLICY

Kickspired is dedicated to your satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to assist you.

1. 14-Day Return Policy

  • You may return items within 14 days of the purchase date.
  • To qualify for a return, all items must be returned in their original condition, without having been worn, washed or altered, and with tags still attached. Please make sure to include all item boxes and dust bags with your return.

2. Initiating a Return

  • Contact our Customer Support by Email at info@kickspired.com to begin the return process.
  • Provide your order number and reason for the return. Please be as specific as possible to speed up the process. 

3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. For security, we recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for lost return packages. 
  • For returns, we kindly request that all items be packaged securely in a strong bag or outer box. This ensures that your items are protected during transit and helps us process your return efficiently. 

4. Refunds

  • Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will send you an email to confirm its arrival. We will then notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a certain number of days, in accordance with your card issuer's policies.

5. Exchanges

  • For exchanges regarding size or color, you can use the 14 days return policy to return the unwanted product(s) and place a new order with the desired product(s).

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Please note that gift cards, final sale items, or those marked as non-returnable cannot be returned.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If, by any chance, your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@kickspired.com for assistance.
