Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing:
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days from the date of purchase.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Duration:
The Netherlands: 1-3 business days
Belgium: 1-5 business days
Worldwide: 1-10 business days.
Delivery times for international orders may vary based on the destination and local customs processes.
3. Shipping Rates:
The Netherlands & Belgium: €8,95. Socks and badges €4,50.
Free shipping when spending €200 or more! (NL & BE only)
Europe: €15. Socks and badges €4,50.
Worldwide: from €30, depending on weight and location.
*Shipping costs do not include duties and taxes.
4. Tracking Orders:
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email.
You can track your order through the shipping carrier's website by clicking the link in the email.
5. Order Modifications:
Please contact us immediately if you need to modify your order. Once an order has been processed, modifications may not be possible.
6. Delayed/Lost Shipments:
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Kickspired is not liable for delayed or lost shipments due to unforeseen circumstances like natural disasters, holidays, or carrier delays.
7. Shipping Address:
It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address. Kickspired is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
8. Returns Due to Failed Delivery:
If a package is returned due to a failed delivery (e.g., incorrect address, unclaimed, etc.), customers may be responsible for additional shipping fees for reshipment.
